Seeking Client Service Representatives

IndyVet is always looking for energetic, service-oriented, caring professionals to be a part of our Client Services Team. Successful candidates will be team-oriented, highly motivated people who value customer service and who are committed to providing a great experience for our clients and their pets. Members of our Client Services Team work in a fast-paced environment and should be able to multi-task and be computer proficient. Greeting clients, answering phones, data entry, and handling financial transactions are some of the tasks that our Client Service Representatives perform. We provide great communication with our clients, exceeding their expectations every step of the way by delivering high quality support and service throughout their appointment. Ideal candidates should be dependable and trustworthy. Schedules will include nights and weekends to ensure great service 24 hours a day. Experienced Veterinary Technicians / Assistants

IndyVet Emergency and Specialty Hospital is always seeking experienced veterinary technicians or assistants for our 24 hour facility. An RVT certification and experience in a small animal hospital is preferred. Previous experience at an emergency facility is a plus.

Technicians are utilized to their full potential at IndyVet. The fast paced environment demands a top quality technical staff. We offer a fast paced and challenging work environment with state of the art equipment. Competitive compensation package includes health insurance, vacation, retirement program, and continuing education allowance. We are looking for hard working and motivated individuals with excellent communication skills and positive attitudes. There is plenty of opportunity for career advancement in our growing practice. Great schedule with three day work weeks plus an on call day.

Ongoing in-house training in emergency procedures, CPR, critical care, clinical pathology, anesthesia, radiology, and charting develops any technician into a highly trained and very valuable team member. Technicians perform all phlebotomy, radiographs, catheter placements, central lines, and treatments.

Our fully equipped state-of-the-art facility is an ideal setting for candidates that wish to deliver the highest medical standards to their patients.
